The legend of Freddy Krueger (Jackie Earle Haley) there is never ending. Ghost haunts the man who initially was the killer of these children continue to haunt. Almost no one can escape the cruelty of Freddy because he was able to kill anyone just a dream.
During his life, Freddy Krueger is a killer who has slaughtered dozens of children. The fate of a man who liked to wear this hat must ultimately end up in the hands of the burn you alive. At first people thought that the atrocities Freddy's over. But when some teenagers started to be haunted by nightmares about the man's hat with a claw made of knives, then they realize that the threat has not ended Freddy.
A series of brutal events of this started when Nancy Thompson (Rooney Mara) started having nightmares chased the man hat. Intrigued by this nightmare, Nancy began to look out past the town where he lives. From there, Nancy began to realize that the person who is in his dream was Freddy Krueger who had died several years ago. Unfortunately, Freddy now has the ability to kill through a dream which means that Nancy and her friends no longer able to sleep until they find a way to defeat Freddy.
Apart from Friday the 13th, another urban legend that is also equally popular was A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. Because of the popularity of this legend until filmed 9 times and is still considered to be quite prospective bring in money. This time not a continuation of FREDDY VS. JASON made but the remake of the first part appeared in 1984 then. Why the remake? The only reason that makes some sense is the absence of more new ideas and technological developments film world today then it might make the 'improved version' of the first section is wide open.
Relevant? Not really. Besides the possibility of making this film better than the visual side there is no reason to resurrect the legend of Freddy Krueger. From the side of the story we are all clearly familiar, especially the remake of this million do not try to make new interpretations besides adding the status of Freddy pedophile who was originally only like to kill children.
In terms of acting, not much can be expected from a movie like this. But if you want hope, could be this movie will deliver one of his supporters into the ranks of actors / actresses of the top as it did in version 1984. If the first version and then deliver the name of Johnny Depp, who's about prestige would rise this time?
